Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both quality assurance for our customers and maintains our high standard of service.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products shipped by Shar-Pei Perledasie under the following conditions:

  • Items that are faulty due to manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received
  • Products that don't match our quality standards
  • Unopened items in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened grooming products and skincare items
  • Used or damaged accessories
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Sale items marked as final sale

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. Our team will inspect the returned items
  2. You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your return

Important Notes About Refunds

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • For partial order returns, only the value of returned items will be refunded
  • Items must be returned in their original condition to receive a full refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  1. Document the damage with photos
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Keep all original packaging
  4. We'll arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you

Failed Deliveries

Please note:

  • Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses are not eligible for refunds
  • We cannot be responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery to the specified address
  • Multiple delivery attempts may incur additional charges
